I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).
Our work on PDRS, a self-contained inertial positioning module for wearable navigation, was published in the proceedings of IEEE SMC 2025.
Our paper on real-time pedestrian dead reckoning for an IoT-based positioning platform was published at IEEE SMC 2024. The work brings motion estimation onto embedded hardware to reduce communication with the positioning server.
Our research team introduced an integrated indoor–outdoor positioning system using AI and IoT. The work was featured in news reports by KBS and TJB.
I began working as a full-time researcher in the Department of Computer Science at KAIST.
I completed my M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering at KAIST, advised by Prof. Chan-Hyun Youn.
I received my Engineer's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST).
