Real-time Pedestrian Dead Reckoning For IoT Based Platform-Independent Positioning System
2024 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC) · pp. 2599–2606
Overview
An embedded pedestrian dead reckoning algorithm with acceleration-differential step detection and dynamic gyroscope bias updates. Processing inertial measurements directly on K-Tag reduces communication with the positioning server while supporting low-latency relative localization.
